LANNY WEST, Tipping Point Artist Wellness
Lanny West has worked in music and entertainment for over 30 years. Over that time, he gained more and more interest in nutrition and holistic health matters, putting it into practice in his own life. It didn’t take long to realize what a challenge it is to get healthy and stay healthy in the music world whether you’re on the road, in the studio or just hanging out with musicians. It was that insight that inspired Tipping Point Artist Wellness. It’s a unique solution to a unique problem: staying healthy and balanced in a business that lends itself to midnight drive-through meals, open bar tabs and sleeping at 70 mph. And that’s where Lanny’s singular background comes into play. By combining his training as an Integrative Wellnees Coach from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) with his experience in the music industry, he not only knows what you should be doing, but can help you navigate the realities of putting that plan into practice under less-than-ideal circumstances. And that experience helps him do the part that he likes best: helping you get healthy so you can focus your time and energy on being creative and productive with your art.

TINA PAROL, Songwriter, Recording Artist and Music Health Alliance Board Member
Tina is a first-generation American born to Polish immigrants in Somerville, NJ. She is fluent in Polish and did not speak English until Kindergarten. At the age of 14, Tina had already developed musical and business instincts beyond her years. Pretending to be her mother, she would cold-call entertainment lawyers in NYC with the intent to land a publishing deal. Tina attended the prestigious New York University, enrolling in both the Clive Davis Department at Tisch School of the Arts, and Liberal Arts School programs. While at school, those same instincts and ambitions helped her to build valuable relationships in the music industry, leading to both a record deal with Universal Motown, and successful pop single “Who’s Got Your Money?”. The single, co-written and co-produced by Parol, charted to #34 on the Pop Airplay charts and allowed Tina the opportunity to tour around the country opening for acts like Flo Rida and Boys Like Girls. Tina’s unrelenting passion for songwriting ultimately lead her to Nashville, TN, where she is a thriving member of the songwriting community, writing with the industry’s best and brightest. Her experiences as a recording artist have shaped her into a very versatile writer with multi-genre sensibilities. Her songs have been recorded by Britney Spears, Sabrina Carpenter, Jamie Lynn Spears, Krewella, Jerrod Niemann, Dallas Smith, Kevin Rudolf, Haley Georgia, Jessie James Decker, and many others. Her songs have also appeared on shows for Fox, Lifetime, MTV, NBC
