Handwritten Song Lyrics Benefit Auction

Each October, held in conjunction with our esteemed #HealTheMusic Day fundraiser, Music Health Alliance collaborates with Julien’s Auctions — the auction house to the stars.

Since 2020, the Handwritten Song Lyrics Benefit Auction has raised over $140K, with 100% of the proceeds supporting our FREE healthcare advocacy and life-saving support programs and services for music industry professionals nationwide.

Featuring a wide range of genres including pop, rock, hip-hop, alternative, country, rap, and americana, handwritten and signed song lyrics are generously donated by the songwriters and artists behind the story. From heartfelt ballads to foot-stomping anthems, these handwritten lyrics embody the magic of music itself.

FOR ARTISTS & SONGWRITERS

It’s as easy as 1-2-3! Share your creative vision and help us #HealTheMusic with handwritten and signed lyrics to one of your award-winning, chart-topping, most memorable songs of the year.

  • Personalize your handwritten lyrics any way you choose — make it your own!
  • The lyrics MUST be handwritten (not printed digitally) and include your autographed signature.
  • Paper, a guitar, mirror, hat, personal items, or a poster are all acceptable formats.
  • Your signed, handwritten song lyrics must be received no later than Tuesday, August 15.
