The Ben Eyestone Fund
The Ben Eyestone Fund provides diagnostic healthcare access to uninsured or underinsured music industry professionals who have an obvious diagnostic need.
The Ben Eyestone Fund is funded entirely by Ben’s friends and family to honor him — a young, brilliant drummer — who passed away much too soon on July 12, 2018. Ben’s life was lost because he was denied access to life-saving diagnostic healthcare for being uninsured.
THE BEN EYESTONE FUND QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for The Ben Eyestone Fund, applicants MUST:
- Have an obvious diagnostic need (something is definitely wrong).
- Be UNinsured or UNDERinsured (unaffordable out-of-pocket costs).
- Have a projected annual household adjusted gross income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- Be a working musician or music industry professional (songwriter, producer, engineer, etc.).
